NOTICE: Early closure of HWA services

They are supported by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and the trust fund is managed by the Public Trustee's Office under Ministry of Law. The Institute of Financial Literacy (IFL) is a collaboration between MoneySENSE, the national financial education programme, and Singapore Polytechnic. Wheel Walk or Jog and Family Carnival 2019

Handicaps Welfare Association (HWA) will be holding its 35th annual “Wheel, Walk or Jog” cum Family Carnival, on Saturday, 27 April 2019, from 11am to 7pm, at Esplanade Park. Officiated by our Guest-of-Honor Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Social & Family Development. The main event, which will include a family carnival commencing at 11am, will be attended by donors, supporters, and well-wishers, along with students and HWA members (who are people with disabilities).
