DESCRIPTION:Living with a person with special needs can be very challenging. \nDo you  know how to provide proper care for your loved one who may be physically challenged or frail? \nDo you know how to protect yourself as a caregiver? \nHWA is planning a series of caregiver talks for our members and to the public. \nBasic skills to assist in various ADLs like transferring\, mobilizing\, washing\, dressing \,feeding\, toileting\, etc. are included. Additional skills such as hygiene\, reducing pressure sores and falls etc. will also be covered \nTo register call our tel: 6254 3006 and look for our Social Service staff Dolris or Nanama. \nDetails of following sessions (conducted by Dr Siow Woei Yun\, HWA Honorary Medical Advisor @ HWA Multi-Purpose Hall); \n\n1st Session: June 30\, 2018. Saturday @ 9:30 am to 12:30 noon)\n2nd Session: July 28\, 2018. Saturday @ 9:30 am to 12:30 noon)\n\nShuttle service from Novena MRT to HWA Whampoa will be provided.
