$50.00 - will fund as many as 8 hospital trips, for a financially needy elderly or persons with disabilities (based on the family's financial means testing).

$100.00 - will defray the costs of 5 physiotherapy sessions, for a financially needy elderly or persons with disabilities (based on the family's financial means testing).

$200.00 - will fund the transport services for a student with disabilities, for 1 month, so (s)he can go to school (based on the family's financial means testing).
