HWA Year End Party Charity Lunch (YEP) is an annual event for our members and beneficiaries to come together to have a nice meal and to enjoy the performances put up for them. Handicaps Welfare Association (HWA) will be holding its 35th annual “Wheel, Walk or Jog” cum Family Carnival, on Saturday, 27 April 2019, from 11am to 7pm, at Esplanade Park. Officiated by our Guest-of-Honor Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Social & Family Development.
