It has been a year since I have appealed to you to support HWA’s mission of serving persons with physical disabilities (PWDs) and the elderly. Our Dear Donors, Thank you for being part of our community. I am Lee Pei Ling, my husband George Ng, and the joy of our life, our precious son, Matthew. Both I and my husband are HWA's beneficiaries. Due to a virus attack when I was 13 months old, I suffered from weakness in both my hands and legs -a medical condition known as Quadriparesis. Our Dear Friend, THANK YOU FOR BEING A BLESSING IN OUR LIVES! Five years have passed since my appeal to support HWA’s mission of serving persons with physical disabilities (PWDs) and the elderly. HWA’s twice-weekly bathing (showering) and weekly personalised home nursing service (trimming of hair and changing of tubes monthly) has eased caregiving efforts for my family which we are ever appreciative of.
