The objectives of HWA All-Cash Donation Draw 2023 are to raise funds for supporting programmes and services for our beneficiaries and the elderly. In addition, we seek to create awareness of our mission in impacting the lives of persons with disabilities (PWDs). No amount is too small and every donation from you goes a long way. My husband, Lim Tow Kin, aged 66 years old, suffered a brain hemorrhage in 2002 that has left him partly paralysed with memory impairment and dependent on me for his daily living activities. With the increased caregiving needs, I had to quit my full-time job and work part-time. Our Dear Donor, Thank You for Supporting us!  For the past 2 years, we have appealed to you to donate to HWA. Your donation enables HWA to continue its programmes and services for persons with physical disabilities (PWDs) and the elderly. We are grateful to receive your gift. With the pandemic restrictions removed, HWA is able to organise a physical Flag Day on 29 July 2023 to raise fund from the public.
